Award-winning chef Todd English unveils the "Celebrity Chef Chalkboard Series" at Arclinea, an Italian kitchen showroom in Boston's Design District.

Boston, MA, March 3, 2004 -- Arclinea, a luxury Italian kitchen design showroom located in Boston’s Design District™, invited the highly acclaimed chef to share one of his favorite recipes by posting it on a 15-foot chalkboard wall to kick off Arclinea’s new “Celebrity Chef Chalkboard Series.” After chalking his recipe for Parmesan Pudding with Sweet Pea Sauce and autographing the wall, the culinary guru chit-chatted with Arclinea Boston president Philip Guarino about what else...food and kitchens of course!

The installation is the first of several chef recipes that will be chalked in future months. The Parmesan Pudding with Sweet Pea Sauce recipe is on display in the showroom for the next month.
