CAMBRIDGE, Massachusetts-Arclinea Boston and the Cambridge School
of Culinary Arts announce the completion of the school's latest
classroom kitchen by Arclinea. "We are proud to provide an
elegant and functional solution to the school" says Philip
Guarino, President of Arclinea Boston.
The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts (CSCA) is Boston's premier
institution for culinary education. While other culinary schools
focus on institutional cooking and the mass-production of chefs,
the CSCA puts its emphasis on the fundamentals of cooking set forth
by Antoine Carême, the master of High or grande cuisine, and
Auguste Escoffier, the father of classical cuisine. The CSCA offers
a 37-week Professional Chef's Training Program, a 15-week Culinary
Certificate Program and classes for the general public in its Continuing
Education Program.
Arclinea Boston is the exclusive Boston showroom of Italian kitchens
by Arclinea, designed and coordinated by the renowned Italian designer
Antonio Citterio. The Arclinea Collection has been extremely well-received
internationally by the press and consumers alike. Mr. Citterio is
well-known for his work on noteworthy architectural projects worldwide
as well as for his product design work with B&B Italia, Kartell
and Flexform, among others.
Arclinea Arredamenti SpA is a privately-owned company based in
Caldogno, Italy and is a market leader in the high-end sector of
the kitchen design market. The Cambridge showroom is the first stand-alone
retail showroom in the United States, and the fourth retail location
after successful venues in New York, Los Angeles and Chicago.
