is the theme of the last event held in Vicenza on the 5th of
November, 2002.
Shrimp and pumpkin risotto, ravioli with Colonnata lardo,
duck breast with honey and ginger, and pumpkin babàs were
the delicious courses prepared for the enthusiastic guests.
The backdrop of this skillful flavours for this event was the Arclinea
Kitchen, whose technical innovation of high functionality and creativity
have been enhanced by the skill of the Chefs Ivano Carignano and
Nicola Pavan.
